Levasseur handles personal data in accordance with the dispositions of the General Regulation EU2016 / 679 (GDPR), in effect since 25 May 2018. The protection of personal data is one of our targets as well as the relationship of trust we have established with our customers and prospects.
This means:
- Personal data are collected and processed in order to:
- Provide a service or execute a contract (example: Providing paints),
- Provide information about products, their technical specificities and their application, services, offers and future activities of Levasseur (eg newsletter),
- Create statistics to better adapt future offers.
- Data will not be retained longer than necessary,
- Data will not be transmitted to third parties,
- The user always has access to his data and can ask to correct or delete them,
- Technical and organizational security measures are taken to protect data from unauthorized processing or accidental damage.
We keep the data allowing us to contact customers and prospects. We keep the information about our commercial contacts and our sales records as well as the information allowing us to identify the needs of our customers in term of coating and surface enhancement.
Curriculum Vitae sent by job candidates can be kept so that we may, if necessary, re-contact the candidates whose profile fit future company's needs.
Levasseur Newco is responsible in handling any general identification data of our customers and prospects.
